Nice and comfortable Positive: Cozy Negative: The noise

Nice place but I wouldn’t book there again Positive: The size of the apartment was good, and it was comfortable to stay in. Negative: We arrived around 23:00, but the security would not let us in because they said they were not informed of our arrival, and that the apartment was booked all the way until Sunday (it was Tuesday). Took almost half an hour for them to finally allow us into the building. I don’t know where the miscommunication happened, but after a long day of travel, this was not how we expected to be checked in.
